HOW DO I ORDER?

Step 1
|
To select your items just click on the category of
products on the left hand navigation bar that you are interested in.
For example under 'Herbal Teas- click on
"Slim Teas" to view all the teas in this category'.
The items from this category will load. Choose the
tea you would like, click on buy now and the tea will be added to your
shopping cart.
Or click on See details for information about
that particular tea. Once you viewed the information and you are still
interested in purchasing the tea you can click on the buy now
button to add to your shopping cart.
You can keep shopping by selecting another category
from the navigation bar on the left and repeat above, add as many products to
your shopping cart as you like.

Step 2
|
When you are ready
to purchase, go to your cart at the top right of the screen, click on View
Cart or To Checkout and fill in the appropriate information. |

Step 3
|
Check that your
order is correct and place your post code in the field provided to calculate
your shipping costs. You will then continue on to a simple 3 step process to
the 'Secure Payment Gateway' by clicking on the checkout button.
You will then need
to fill in and verify the appropriate information. Once this is
completed you will receive a confirmation email from Paris Lotus confirming
that we have received your email detailing what you have ordered.

Step 4
|
After confirming your order in 'Step 3 of 3', choose
the method of payment that you prefer.
We accept 3 methods of payment:

Credit cards (Visa Card or Master Card)

Paypal

Cheque or Bank Transfer
After your transaction has been approved, press 'Return to Paris
Lotus' button to return to our site.
Alternatively you could pay via Bank Transfer or Cheque by
clicking on “Cheque or Bank Transfer”. Simply follow the prompts and submit
your order. An invoice will be issued and emailed to you.
Using your internet banking to transfer to our bank account, details as provided on the invoice. Alternatively, write a cheque payable to Paris Lotus Australia Pty Ltd and post it to us together with a copy of the invoice. |

Order here, fill in with details of products that you would like to
order, select a preferred method of payment, and we will work out the rest for
you.

If you are
purchasing from outside of
Paris Lotus
shall not be liable for any delay in delivering your Goods if that delay or
failure is caused by circumstances beyond our control such as war, riot, civil
commotion, malicious damage, compliance with any law or governmental order,
rule, regulation or direction, fire, flood, storm or act of God, failure of
Internet Service Provider (ISP) or telecommunications provider in connection
with the performance of the Paris Lotus website. In case of a stock shortage, we reserve the right to
differ for a few days the sending of all the goods purchased. If this shortage
lasts, only the available products will be shipped to the customer.
